Tux vs. Suit: What's the Difference?

Everyone:Be comfortable and authentic.Men:- Wear a suit.- If you don't have a suit great opportunity to buy one.- If you for some reason can't buy a suit no problem. Wear the nicest thing you have and bring extremely positive energy.Ladies:- Cocktail or formal- Bright colors and florals encouraged.Wedding party will be in full length gowns and tuxedos - this would be a great time to finally use that dress you've been saving or get use out of that tux sitting in the back of your closet.

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Hilton Milwaukee for our wedding weekend, conveniently located downtown and close to the venue. Great for small bites and tasty morsels. Worth a stop for lunch and is within walking distance from all the hotels downtown.

Milwaukee Public Market

The Calatrava wings are worth the stop from an architecture point of view. Reviews are great here are a few random ones from Google for you. Michael Robinson exclaims - 10/10 - "Absolutely beautiful! Wonderful exhibits, amazing staff. Took my friend, my partner &amp; her niece/nephew and we all had a blast. Ten/ten, definitely going to come back again!" We got lucky there is a house music event and some nightlife happening the night of the wedding. Going straight from the venue or hotel to Foy's with the shuttle. Soak in a little of the house music scene in Milwaukee. Bed by 2:30 to 3am. The after afters is at the Potawatomi Casino. Its open 24/7 for those looking to dance with lady luck. No more afters after the after afters. Go Home.

Afters

Shuttle Transportation Complimentary shuttle service will be provided between the Hilton Milwaukee and the Mitchell Park Domes. Shuttles will begin departing from the back of the Hilton Milwaukee on 6th Street at 3:30 PM. Two 48-passenger shuttles will run continuously to transport guests to the venue before the ceremony. At the end of the evening, shuttle service back to the hotel will begin at approximately 9:00 PM and will continue making round trips throughout the night. Please arrive a few minutes early for pickup. We can’t wait to celebrate with you! 🥂🚌
